ENCRYPTED AT REST + IN TRANSIT
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). API keys are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Secrets rotated on schedule.
ROW-LEVEL SECURITY
Every database query is scoped to the authenticated tenant via Supabase RLS. No tenant can access another tenant's data, by construction.
ROLE-BASED ACCESS
Granular role permissions for admins, brokers, agents. Audit trails on every privileged action. Disable seats in seconds; no orphan access.
FORMAL CERTIFICATIONS
PlainComp has not yet pursued SOC 2 Type I or Type II certification. We will scope a formal audit when enterprise customer demand warrants it. Until then the security posture above is the honest read on what's shipped.
